I built Stacks because I couldn’t find what I needed.
I was tired all the time. Brain fog that made it hard to think clearly by mid-afternoon. Sleep that left me more exhausted than when I went to bed. Getting sick constantly despite eating well, training hard, and taking care of myself.
So, I started digging deeper, which led me to cellular health as the root cause of most of what I was experiencing. That also led me to a broader realization: foundations matter most. Whether it’s the cellular foundation or the structural foundation, most people’s foundations are eroding. No amount of symptom chasing is going to fix that.
Stacks exists to engineer resilience from first principles. Not so you can endure what life throws at you. So you don't have to worry about it.
