I was taking over a dozen supplements daily—scattered pills and powders trying to address my weak immune system, sleep issues, and anxiety. My bathroom counter looked like a pharmacy. My morning routine felt like a part-time job.

And despite all this effort, I wasn't seeing the results I wanted.

The deeper I researched, the more disillusioned I became. Most supplement companies were selling glorified placebos—magnesium oxide with 4% absorption, "proprietary blends" hiding minuscule doses of expensive ingredients, and multivitamins containing token amounts that couldn't possibly make a difference.

Worse, the healthcare system seemed designed to manage symptoms rather than solve problems. Those tasked with keeping us healthy were often incentivized to keep us coming back.
